It's looking really nice as my background, but it doesn't look right to me as an image. I messed around with it a little in Photoshop to change it to a vertical orientation, which I think suits it better.
I also played with the textures a little more because the background of the wallpaper looked a little too simple.
The textures are by him and her. They both have some great stock.
What do you think? Which one looks better?
I think that I like it better serving as a background piece. I think the image itself would be successful if the background was either plain or had a different design. In order of the image itself to stay strong on its own, I would go with the plain color background, no design just color. But that's just me. I think the reason why it serves more as a background, the image seems to shrink compared to the amount of green you allowed for it to show through. i don't know if any of this makes sense to you...it does in my head hahaha. But great work either way. Series coming up? It kind of reminds me of suckerpunch but the grown up version...I don't know why. It has that feel to it.
